Their goal is to be the best manufacturer of grinding and polishing tools is looking to hire a Machine Operator for their state of the art facility in Mason, Ohio.
Job Requirements Responsibilities Check condition of in-coming material and store in appropriate locations Apply adhesive on small parts one by one to assemble a grinding wheel Observe, measure, and judge part properties, and availability Perform time sensitive procedures accurately and quickly Efficiently assemble a set of fixtures precisely by product Inspect and assure the quality of products after finishing Determine and choose a set of jigs by product type Keep documentation neat, legible, and accurate Finish products using surface grinder and lathe Choose heat curve with extreme care Operate Necessary Machines Mixing & Molding Speed Tester Electric Kiln NC Grinder Balancing NC Lathe Qualifications Understands or will learn metric measuring system for mics and calipers Works well with others and can also self-supervise when working alone Performs detailed procedures in an accurate, timely, and safe manner Reliable, trustworthy, honest employee with a strong work ethic Follows instructions and company rules Can keep area clean and organized Job Type:
